We do this through intensive technical training and robust professional development, designed to empower participants for the evolving technological landscape.

Derived from Latin, "Magis" (better) and "Mundi" (world) reflect our goal to create a better world through education. The program caters to individuals ready to expand their horizons and embrace new professional challenges. It is uniquely structured to support mid-life professionals and early career women from the Bucharest area, helping them to thrive in technology-driven fields.
